Arizona Art "Chasing rainbows" horses plaster plaque

Description

Up for auction is this piece of art work I believe that it is made of terracotta, but not real sure I was told by the seller that it was obtained from native american tribe in either New Mexico or Arizona I can not make out the signature on the back, it is a beautiful piece and the photos do not do it justice. The plaque measures 19x16 and the weight is 3.5 lbs.  Please view the photos for the best description.
