    Description

    This piece measures 3.25 inches by high 6 inches wide. It depicts a Japanese black stallion tied to a post.  It came from the Kannondo temple at Mt Asama.  Used to bring good luck and ward off evil spirits.  Made to celebrate the year of the horse.  It would make a great gift for anyone who was born in the horse year.
