This cool cat wears a sugar skull mask to celebrate the day of the dead. Having nine lives, it's a day felines are well familiar with. Holding a skull topped staff this black cat knows death is nothing to be "scaredy" about.

Other than to inspect for defects and take listing pictures, all items are stored in our smoke-free warehouse with everything originally received at time of purchase until sold and shipped out.

Boxes with dents or scratches are not considered "damaged" and cannot be replaced.

All international packages ship with tracking for delivery and insurance purposes.
~ Item Is Damaged In Transit ~
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels.
Sadly, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased.
Please let us know
within 3 days
and include photos for the on-line claim(please include one of the outer box and one of original shipping label with tracking#).
Options for filing claims are:
As the buyer, you can file the online damage claim from your end and receive any refund for your purchase directly
We can process the claim at our end and credit the initial payment when we receive the reimbursement for damages claimed
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
