Brownie Girl Scout w/TIE
FIGURAL LAPEL PIN,
1963
This is one of three Brownie Figural Bust Pins that were issued in the late 1950s through the 1970s.  This was the second of the three Brownie Bust pins.
You can find her in the Girl Scout Catalog of 1963.  It is distinctive because she
does have an orange tie.
(The previous issue did NOT have the tie.)  Although the paint on these pins is very fragile, this one is in
Excellent PRISTINE Condition
.  There is no paint loss from wear or age that I can see, even the CARD is still NEW LOOKING.  Remember she is almost SEVENTY YEARS OLD.  You can see that the J-hook catch is original and it works fine.  I have all three Brownies busts listed in my store. This can be worn on the lapel, but the real value is to someone who would treasure this vintage pin.  It is certainly
