3 urethane pushers:
1. A 3/4 inch thick 80 durometer, medium soft, orange.
2. A 3/4 inch thick 60 durometer, soft, black.
3. A thin 1/16 inch disc of 95 durometer, hard, red.

These steel silhouette die plates
are a great way to emboss metal.  They allow you to consistently and accurately form a variety of component shapes for your designs. These dies will puff up metal in the shape at the center of the die, and it does not cut out the metal.  The kit consists of two plates each with 5 different die shapes cut from thick steel. A metal form box, or containment cup, comes with openings in the side close to the base. This opening allows you to slide the die plates in from the side to place for forming, it also has a thumbscrew to immobilize the plate. The cup has an opening in the bottom to aid in pushing any formed metal back out of the die should it stick.
There are three urethane pushers:
1. A 3/4 inch thick 80 durometer, medium soft, orange.
2. A 3/4 inch thick 60 durometer, soft, black.
3. A thin 1/16 inch disc of 95 durometer, hard, red.
These will accommodate various forming situations (depth and definition of forming and embossing). The urethane container focuses all the force into the die plate for accurate volume shapes. There is also a  thick metal “pusher” (sometimes called a platen) is included to push the urethane pusher into the dies.
