We purchased the home made light from a former school teacher who made the light to help his students concentrate and to know what mode the class was in. The light colors can be manually selected or on auto mode the lights will cycle at various speeds. I was able to set it to a fast cycle and about 30 seconds. You will need to time and mark the cycle as they didn’t match up to sticker on the light. It can hung on the wall or placed on its side on a shelf. It has a long heavy duty cord. A fun way to communicate with students!
